Couple Born Together And Died Together

A California couple born on the same day and married for 75 years and then died separately only one day apart.

According to the Long Beach Press-Telegram, Helen and Les Brown died on July 16 and 17 respectively, both were 94. 

"It was a real love match, wasn't it," their oldest son, Les Jr., said. "They were together every day for 75 years."

Daniel, the couple's youngest son, agreed.

"My mom often said she didn't want to see my father die, and he didn't want to live without her," Daniel said.

Les Brown Jr. and his wife Helen were both born on December 31, 1918. When they met in high school, they were instantly smitten. Les came from money, while Helen’s family was working class, so their parents disapproved of their young love. But as soon as they left high school at 18, the pair eloped.

They lived their life in Southern California, where they raised a family. They spent every day together and even in their 90s were an active and healthy couple. Near the end of their days, Helen was sick from stomach cancer and Les was suffering with Parkinson’s disease. After 75 years of marriage, Helen died on July 16, 2013.Les passed on the next day.

One family friend, Bob Brobst, who belonged to the same congregation, had known Helen and Les for nearly a decade.

"Like the Bible says, 'They were as one,' " Brobst said, adding that he will always remember how compatible his friends were as a couple.

This couple shows us how get satisfied from each other, they showed a concrete love. You and I we are supposed to love each other and meet the God’s mission.
